GoBuk is a lightweight strong and minimal construction, with the aim of significantly reducing material consumption. The design consists of rectangular plates that reduce machining and waste. In addition, the furniture is designed as a knock down piece, so that transport costs, are reduced as much as possible. A decision has been made on padding and how much comfort is needed to achieve the desired effect. 10 mm EVA has been used – foam that provides a light comfort that fulfills the furniture's purpose of being used for short stays. The Eva foam is very light and helps to keep the weight down.
By using the upholstery in a removable cushion, the furniture can be renewed by simply changing the cushion, but you can still reuse the cushion or fabric. The possibility of renewal in a simple way extends the life of the furniture.
